For me, this time of year evokes memories of childhood vacations. Whether it was a legit get-in-the-car, get-out-of-town vacation or playing at the park with other kids, it was a time for nonstop fun. Well, there was that one year when I had to go to summer school – yuck! It felt like every night, we would stay outside until it was dark, then crash into bed, exhausted from another day of fun. Back then, it seemed like summer lasted forever.
